In the region, Ireo is developing a portfolio of master-planned communities on approximately 800 acres of land, consisting of luxury and affordable residential developments, mixed use office, retail and hospitality property, industrial parks including Special Economic Zones. The township in Delhi-NCR is an integrated township spanning approximately 500 acres within the new sectors of Gurgaon, which has been master planned by some of the leading architects of the world.This development will offer a unique mix of features including schools, hospitals, malls, service apartments and office complexes. Unlike other developments in the region Ireo also proposes to develop social infrastructure facilities like art centers and galleries, theatres, sport facilities and water features amongst others. Ideally located in the close vicinity of the commercial belt of Golf Course Road, and bordered by the upcoming Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), this development has excellent access to Delhi and is sure to be one of the most convenient and up market locations in Gurgaon.

In JV partnership with Panchshil Realtors (Pune), Ireo has developed India’s first IT SEZ EON Free Zone at Kharadi, Pune. It is strategically located in the country’s most rapidly growing IT destination, Pune with a development of 5.5 million sq.ft. of leasable area. Ireo’s second partnership with Panchshil Realtors One North brings to Pune its first 20 storey towers with super spacious condominiums at Hadaspar. The project is spread over 2.6 million sq.ft and is designed to emerge as Pune’s most coveted residential address.
Ireo, in JV with Singapore based Ascendas, will be developing approx 3.2 million sq. ft of IT space in notified IT/ITES SEZ of 28 acres in Coimbatore. The project is
going to be part of a fast growing business hub in Coimbatore, and is very strategically located off Avinashi Road, the epicenter of Coimbatore.
Ireo along with a strategic partner plans to develop an integrated township with residential, commercial and industrial facilities on approximately 1800 acres of land. The project is located on the Old Mahaballipuram Road (OMR).
